根据2008 年8 月至2009 年5 月4 个季度月(夏、秋、冬、春季), 对位于石岛大鱼岛村潮间带的高潮区(SD1 站)、中潮区(SD2 站)和低潮区(SD3 站)所设的3 个站进行的大型底栖动物生态调查并分析所获得的资料, 采用Shannon-Wiener 指数(H’)、物种丰富度指数(D)和物种均匀度指数((J)分析该潮间带不同潮区大型底栖动物的物种多样性。结果表明, 石岛大鱼岛村潮间带大型底栖动物的总平均栖息密度、总平均生物量和总种数分别为397.7 个/m2, 99.874 g/m2和68 种。3 个潮带的平均密度((D)、平均生物量((B)和种数((S)的季节变化分别为: (D冬季>D夏季>D秋季>D春季, B夏季>B冬季>B秋季>B春季, S冬季>S夏季>S秋季>S春季。多样性指数H’值大小顺序为低潮区>高潮区>中潮区, D值大小顺序为低潮区>中潮区>高潮区, J值大小顺序为高潮区>低潮区>中潮区; 大鱼岛村潮间带物种多样性指数季节性变化不明显。 |

The ecology characterization of macrobenthic community from the intertidal zone of Dayudao Village, Shidao Town, Shandong Peninsula |

Based on analysis of the benthic samples collected from August, 2008 to May, 2009 (representing spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively) in the intertidal zones of Dayudao Village, Shidao Town, Rongcheng City, Shandong Peninsula, the macrobenthic community and its seasonal changes were characterized in the present paper. The results showed that the mean abundances, biomasses and species numbers of macrobenthos in this intertidal zone were 397.7 ind/m2, 99.874 g/m2 and 68 species, respectively. The mean abundances, biomasses and species numbers of the macrobenthos were different among four seasons, namely, the mean abundances: Winter>Summer>Autumn>Spring, mean biomasses Summer>Winter>Autumn>Spring, species numbers: Winter>Summer>Autumn>Spring. The sequence of biodiversity indices (H′, D, J) of the three intertidal zones were as follows: H′, low tidal zone> high tida1 zone > medium tidal zone; D, low tidal zone> medium tidal zone > high tida1 zone; J, high tida1 zone > low tidal zone > medium tidal zone. The seasonal changes of three biodiversity indices were not significant. |
