基于线粒体基因序列和齿舌对古氏非螺分类地位的探讨

摘要:
对古氏非螺(Afer cumingii (Reeve, 1844))的齿舌形态以及线粒体CO1和16SrRNA基因序列进行了分析, 并以犬齿螺科种类为外群, 采用邻接法(NJ)和最大简约法(MP)构建了系统发育树。结果表明,古氏非螺的齿舌具有典型的蛾螺科种类特征; 古氏非螺在系统树上与蛾螺科种类聚在一起, 而不与犬齿螺科种类聚类。齿舌形态和线粒体基因分析的结果都表明古氏非螺属于蛾螺科, 进一步证实了将非螺属修订到蛾螺科的结论。

Study on the taxonomic status of Afer cumingii (Reeve, 1844) based on mitochondrial gene sequences and radular morphology
Abstract:
The mitochondrial CO1 and 16S rRNA gene sequences and radular morphology of Afer cumingii were analyzed in this study. The radula of A. cumingii is typical buccinid, consisting two rows of sickle-like lateral teeth with three cusps and a row of central teeth which also have three cusps. The neighbor joining and maximum parsimony trees based on CO1 and 16S rRNA genes constructed using MEGA 4.1 software showed that A. cumingii grouped with species of family Buccinidae, corroborating the conclusion that genus Afer should be transferred from Turbinellidae (Vasidae) to Buccinidae.
