利用叶绿素荧光方法检测东海浮游植物的营养盐限制

摘要:
2011 年6 月10 日- 6 月27 日调查了东海赤潮高发区PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)的平面分布, 发现在东海赤潮高发区Fv/Fm的平面分布与叶绿素的平面分布较为一致。利用现场营养盐加富培养的方法, 通过检测添加不同的营养元素后Fv/Fm的变化, 研究了2 个调查站位浮游植物受何种营养盐的限制。结果表明, 对于浮游植物来说, 东海DH2-3 站和DH6-2 站浮游植物的生长受到N 潜在限制。通过Fv/Fm的变化, 可以反映出藻细胞实际的生理活性, 从而更真实的反映营养盐对浮游植物的作用。

Application of chlorophyll fuorescent assay in detecting nutrient limitation of phytoplankton in the East China Sea
Abstract:
The distribution of Fv/Fm in the East China Sea was investigated herein. The results showed that the Fv/Fm distribution has good correlations with chlorophyll. The effects of different nutrient supply on the Fv/Fm of the sea water at two investigation stations were monitored in order to detect the nutrient status of phytoplankton. The results showed the growth of phytoplankton in DH2-3 and DH6-2 stations of the East China Sea was both limited by N. Basing on the changes of Fv/Fm. It can be inferred which nutrient can result in the explosion of algae.
