丁二酰化壳寡糖稀土配合物的抗氧化活性测定

摘要:
合成了丁二酰化壳寡糖稀土(La, Nd, Eu)配合物, 并考察其稀土配合物对羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除活性及其还原能力。实验表明: 对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力以及还原能力依次为:稀土配合物>丁二酰化壳寡糖>壳寡糖。在低浓度下对羟基自由基清除能力顺序为: 丁二酰化壳寡糖>稀土配合物>壳寡糖, 高浓度下丁二酰化壳寡糖和壳寡糖对羟基自由基清除能力急剧下降, 而稀土配合物的清除能力稳定。这可能是由于稀土配合物的稀土离子含量及稀土离子性质、分子电荷密度以及对自由基清除机理不同所致。

Antioxidant activity of succinic-oligochitosan rare earth complexes
Abstract:
Succinic-oligochitosan rare earth (La(Ⅲ), Nd(Ⅲ), and Eu(Ⅲ)) complexes were synthesized and characterized. Their antioxidant activities were evaluated by scavenging of superoxide radicals, and hydroxyl radicals and determination of reducing power. The results indicated that all the samples showed obvious antioxidant activity, the order of their scavenging effect on superoxide radicals and reducing power was complex>succinic-oligochitosan>oligochitosan; the order of their scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals was succinic-oligochitosan>complex>oligochitosan at lower concentration. However, the scavenging effect of succinic-oligochitosan and oligochitosan was weakened sharply, and the scavenging effect of complex was stable at lower concentration. The results may be related to the content and properties of rare earth ion, molecular charge density and the different scavenging mechanisms against free radicals.
