Landsat-8 TIRS数据在某核电站温排水监测中应用探讨

摘要:
为探索Landsat-8 TIRS热红外数据在核电站温排水监测的应用能力, 以某核电附近海域为研究区域, 采用单窗算法建立核电站附近海域表面温度反演方法, 并将该结果与时相接近的MODIS 海温产品数据进行了对比分析。结果表明, 反演的温度场可较精细地刻画该核电站附近温度场的分布情况,Landsat-8 TIRS数据可实现较高精度的核电站温排水监测。

Thermal plume monitoring of nuclear power plant based on Landsat-8 TIRS data

Abstract:
In this study, a satellite-derived method has been developed based on a mono-window algorithm to analyze the surface temperature of sea water near a nuclear power plant and explore the applicability of thermal infrared data from Landsat-8 satellite for thermal plume monitoring of the plant. The temperature data obtained are compared with those obtained using moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer. The results indicate that the derived temperature data can effectively define the temperature field near the nuclear power plant, and precise monitoring of thermal plume from the nuclear power plant can be conducted using the Landsat-8 satellite data.
