为研究紫贻贝体尺性状和体重性状对足丝性状的影响,选取山东省青岛市即墨养殖区的紫贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)为研究对象,分别测量壳长(SL)、壳宽(SW)、壳高(SH)等3个体尺性状,全湿重(BW)、软体重(SBW)2个体重性状以及足丝直径(BT)和足丝茎直径(BS)2个足丝性状,通过相关性分析、多元回归分析和通径分析等方法分别研究了体尺性状和体重性状对足丝性状的影响。结果显示:所有性状间相关系数为0.678-0.892,性状间相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01);多元回归和通径分析结果显示,壳高和全湿重分别对足丝性状的影响最大,壳高对足丝性状通径系数分别为0.515和0.508,全湿重对足丝性状分别为0.417和0.520;建立了体尺性状、体重性状对足丝直径和足丝茎直径的回归方程,分别为BT1=8.427+2.505SW+3.486SH(R2=0.588);BS1=-0.089+0.032SW+0.035SH(R2=0.689);BT2=120.712+1.443BW+3.171SBW(R2=0.523);BS2=1.129+0.018BW+0.028SBW(R2=0.611)。研究结果可为紫贻贝的选择育种和健康养殖提供有益参考。 |

To examine the effects of body measurement and weight traits on byssus traits of mytilus galloprovincialis, 106 individuals were randomly collected from the mussel cultivation raft of Jimo, Shandong Province. Three body measurement traits (including shell length (SL), shell width (SW), shell height(SH)), two weight traits (including body weight (BW) and soft body weight (SBW)) and two byssus traits (including byssal thread diameter (BT) and byssal stem diameter (BS)) were measured. The effects of body measurement traits on the weight traits were examined by correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that all the traits measured correlated with each other very significantly (P<0.01), and the correlation coefficient of all traits ranged from 0.678 to 0.892. The results of multiple regression and path analysis showed that shell height and body weight had the greatest impact on byssus traits, respectively. The path coefficients of shell height on byssus traits were 0.515 and 0.508, respectively and that of the body weight on byssus traits were 0.417 and 0.520, respectively. The regression equations were expressed as follows: BT1=8.427+2.505SW+3.486SH (R2=0.588); BS1=0.089+0.032SW+0.035SH (R2=0.689); BT2=120.712+1.443BW+3.171SBW (R2=0.523); BS2=1.129+0.018BW+0.028SBW (R2=0.611).
