很多研究表明,n-3高度不饱和脂肪酸(n3-PUFA)是海洋动物,特别是其幼体生长发育所必需的营养成分,(Kanazawa et al.,1979; Levine et al.,1984)。很多海洋微藻中含有很高浓度的n3-PUFA,因此在水产养殖中,为了提高鱼、虾幼苗的成活率,增强幼体的体质,常用微藻来强化培养轮虫和卤虫,以提高其n3-PUFA的含量(赖户明1993;Ben-Amotz et al,,1987),为此我们选择了DHA含量比较高而EPA含量很低的金藻3011(Isochrysis galbana)、EPA含量较高而DHA含量很低的三角褐指藻2038(Pheaodactylum tricornutum)和小球藻(Chlorella sp.),研究了它们体内的EPA和DHA向卤虫传递的情况,同时用不含PUFA的面包酵母作对照,为水产养殖中进行卤虫的强化培养提供依据。 |

STUDIES ON POLYUNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS OF MARINE MICROALGAE Ⅲ. TRANSFER OF POLYUNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS FROM MICROALGAE TO ARTEMIA SILINA |

Abstract: |
This study on the transfer of lipids and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids from three microagae, Isochrysis galbana 3011, Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Chlorella sp, to Artemia silina showed that the polar lipid ratio in total lipid of the Artemia fed the microalgae ( excepting Chlorella sp, )increased, and that the neutral lipid ratio decreased; that 18: 3(n-3), 18:4(n-3) and 20: 5(n-3)levels in total fatty acids varied with that in the microalgae (excepting Chlorella sp.)too, and that 22: 6(n-3) was not accumulated in the Artemia, Perhaps because the Chlorella sp. cell wall was too thick for the Artemia to digest. The compositions of lipids and fatty acids of the animal fed the microalgae was not much changed. |
