| 植物激素是植物体内自然产生的对植物的生长发育起调控作用的化学物质。目前已被广泛公认的植物激素有五大类:生长素类、细胞分裂素类、赤霉素类、脱落酸和乙烯。另外,近些年来,有些学者也把油菜素甾醇类看作植物激素(Mandava,1988)。这些激素协同作用,调节着植物体各部位的生长速率和不同组织、器官的分化;还可保持植物整体生长的协调一致;控制着生殖过程;同时也使植物能对环境的变化作出反应。对陆生高等植物中的激素,已经有了大量的研究报道(Davis,1987)。然而,无论是从进化的角度还是从生理学的角度,人们都在探讨这些激素是否也存在于藻类中?如果存在,它们是否仍具有激素的功能?早在50年代初期就有人开始了这方面的研究(Davidson,1950),以后经过众多研究者多年的努力,对植物激素在藻类中的分布及功能等已有了较深的了解。但藻类中究竟存在哪些激素?它们又是怎样调节生长发育和形态建成的?迄今为止,仍没有肯定的结论。本文结合作者的相关工作,综合当前国内外本领域的研究进展资料,对藻类中激素的研究现状作一较全面的概述。 |

| ADVANCES IN RESEARCH ON PLANT HORMONES IN ALGAE |

| It is generally conceded that the growth and development of higher plants is regulated by hormones. Auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins, abscisic acid, and ethylene have all been identified in plant issues. These endogenously synthesized substances play a functional role in growth, development and morphogenesis of plants.It is of interest to know whether or not those chemicals were already present and functioned as hormones in the more primitive plants such as the algae. The present states of work on plant hormones in algae is reviewed in the paper. All available evidences show that tissues of some red, brown and green seaweeds do contain some recognized plant hormones and that seaweeds apparently use auxin and cytokinin as hormones. More work must be done to determine the hormonal function of gibberellin, abscisic acid and ethylene in algae. It was also emphasized in this paper that a number of improvements in experimental technique are required. For examples, sterile cultures, proper definition of experimental conditions, specific algal bioassays, some suitable hormonal biosynthesis mutants and appropriate algal systems, are prerequisites for comprehensive studies on plant hormones in algae. |
