草鱼出血病病毒株的筛选

摘要:
为筛选适用草鱼出血病细胞疫苗工厂化生产的病毒株,于1987—1989年,在浙江湖州地区采集了12个具典型草鱼出血病症状的病鱼材料。通过比较它们的毒力,对细胞的适应性、免疫原性,研究病毒在细胞内的增殖动态、细胞病变特征,毒株保存。结果表明,筛选出的ZV-8802和ZV-8909两毒株,其毒力高,免疫原性强,并能在细胞中大量增殖。应用这两株毒株制备的细胞疫苗,其免疫保护率在85%以上。

SELECTION OF HAEMORRHAGIC VIRUS STRAINS FROM GRASS CARP (CTENOPHARYNGODON IDELLUS)

Abstract:
To select virus strains for industrial production of cellular vaccine against haemorrhagic disease of grass carp (ctenopharyngodon idellus), 12 wild tissue samples of diseased fish were collected in Huzhou, Zhejiang in 1987 - 1959. Comparity study of the strains’ viru1ence? immunogenicity and adaptability to cultured cells were studied by the methods of body infection, CPE, inimuno-protectivity assay and virus purity showed that two strains (ZV-8802, ZV-8909) characterized by high virulence and immune-protectivity could proliferate extensively in the sensitive cultured cells of ZC-7901 and CP-80. The virus numbers peaked after 5 - 6 days of innoculntion in cultured cells when the immuno-protectivity of the cellularvaccine produced by the virus harvested then reached 85%. After infection with these pathogens, virus particles could be observed and isolated from both cultured cells and the fish body.

This research provides the basic know-how for industrial production of cellular vaccine against haemorrhagic disease of grass carp.
