建立了顶空GC/FPD测定海水中二甲基硫(DMS)和浮游植物细胞中二甲基硫丙酸(DMSP)的方法,并研究盐度、温度、气液相比DMS诸因素对DMS项空灵敏度的影响。该法对DMS测定的相对标准偏差均小于6%,平均回收率为106%,最低检出限为20ng/L。细胞DMSP先经碱作用转化为DMS,在50°C下作用时间不少于6h,峰高与浓度的双对数线性相关系数大于0.99。对1994年冬、1995年夏采自胶州湾的实际样品分析结果表明,本法可用于一般海洋样品的测定。 |

This paper presents a modified Headspace GC/FPD method for determination of dimethylsulfide (DMS) in seawater and dimethylsulphoniopropionate
(DMSP) in phytoplankton cells. The effects of temperature, gas/liquid phase ratio, and salt concentration on headspace sensitivity were investigated. The optimum condition of these three factors are at 40°C, 0.5% and 20% respectively. The method ’s detection limit is 20 ng/L. The relative standard deviation is less than 6%, the average recovery rate is 106%; relative error is less than 10%. The double logarithm linear correlation cient between peak height and DMS concentrations is better than 0.99. The completion time of DMS release from cell DMSP under alkaline condition (10 mol/L NaOH) is at least 6 hours. This procedure can be used for the measurement of DMS and DMSP in a variety of natural samples. |
