1995年5月通过对低合金钢-16Mn钢在埕岛海区挂片两年(1992年10月-1994年10月)的腐蚀产物的穆斯堡尔诺测定,研究了低合金钢在飞溅区、潮差区、全没区和海泥区四个不同海洋腐蚀区带的锈层组成和含量。锈层中的FeOOH和Fe3O4的不同含量说明了内锈层中的β-FeOOH为氧化剂参与了阴极作用,加速了干湿交替区低合金钢的腐蚀。另外由于16Mn钢的合金元素的影响,基体表面锈层组成简单,结构致密,形成良好的阻挡层,减缓了钢铁的腐蚀速度。 |

In May 1995, Mossbauer Spectroscopies for corrosion substances formed on a low alloy (16Mn) steel, exposed in Chengdao sea area for 2 year from Oct. 1992 to Oct 1994, were derived. The phase composition and content of the rust layers on the 16Mn steel in four different marine corrosion zones (i.e. splash zone, tide zone, seawater zone and sea mud zone) were analyzed and studied. In every corrosion zone, the rust layer of the l6Mn steel is mainly composed of four kinds of chemical compositions including α-Fe3O4(A), α-Fe3O4(B), β-FeOOH and α-FeO. β-FeOOH is the dominant composition, which is a typical corrosion substance of steel in marine environments. The different contents of β-FeOOH and α-Fe3O4 in rust layers illustrate that β-FeOOH in the inner rust layer is involved in the cathodic process as the oxidant, accelerating the corrosion of the low alloy steel under wet / dry cycle conditions. On the other hand, for the alloy elements in the 16Mn steel, the rust layers with simple composition and fine and close textures form a good barrier layer, lowering the corrosion rate of steel and increasing the resistance of the 16Mn steel against marine corrosion. |
