鮸状黄姑鱼早期发育阶段的摄食与生长特性

摘要:
1997年4-5月,在集美大学水产学院海水育苗试验场,采用生态学方法对人工培育的鮸状黄姑鱼仔、稚、幼鱼的援食和生长特性进行分析。结果表明,在人工培育条件下,仔、稚、幼鱼的摄食率达97.9%,摄食量占体重的1.4%-23.4%,日摄食量占体重的36.47%-65.19%;摄食具明显的昼夜节律,黄昏和早晨为摄食高峰;对较大个体的饵料生物有明显的选择性;饵料密度对摄食量有一定影响。摄食量与体重的关系式为y=0.1327x+0.5613,全长与日龄的关系式为LT=2.5799e0.0516D,体重与日龄的回归方程为W=0.0537e0.1786D,全长与体重的回归方程为W=0.0042LT3.1984

THE FEEDING HABITS AND THE GROWTH OF NIBEA MIICHTHIOIDES IN THE EARLY DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE

Abstract:
The ecological method was adopted to study the feeding habits and the growth of larval, juvenile and young Nibea miichthioides during April to May 1997. The purpose of the paper is to present the basic biological data of Nibea miichthioides at its early developmental stage and to provide scientific basis for rearing the fry on a large scale. Based upon the determination of 449 individuals, the percentage of stomach with food in the larval, juvenile and young fish was 97.7% under the artificial rearing conditions. The feeding amount made up 1.4%–23.4% of their body weight and the diel feeding amount made up 36.47%–65.19%. The rhythm of feeding intensity was highly different during the day and night, with the higher feeding intensity being at 16:00 p.m and at 8:00 a.m. It appears that the rhythm was characterized by the twilight feeding. The young fish feed in the darkness of night, but larval seldom do. When several kinds of food items coexisted in the water, larval, juvenile and young fish selected the food particles with a relatively large size. The time for feeding from empty to full in stomach, the time for digesting food from full to empty and the time from nothing in stomach to death spent by the fish were reported in this paper. The amount of food in full stomach and the feeding amount of the fish in different density of food items were also determined. The relationship between the feeding amount and the body weight is expressed as y=0.1327x+0.5613, that of the total length and day age is LT=2.5799e0.0516D, that of the body weight and day age can be expressed by W=0.0537e0.1786D and that of the total length and body weight is W=0.0042LT3.1984.
