近海生态系统动力学研究中浮游植物采样及分析策略

摘要:
从理论上对于海洋浮游植物在生态系统动力学中的监测与调查方法进行初步探讨。对浮游植物的采样站位的时空选择、采样方式、样品分析、数据同化和数据库形成等方面进行了讨论。建议在最小化、完整化和标准化的原则下进行近海浮游植物生态系统动力学的策略分析及采样设计,为更好地进行中国海域浮游植物的调查和监测提供理论依据。

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON MARINE PHYTOPLANKTON SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS STRATEGY FOR ECOSYSTEM DYNAMIC RESEARCH IN COASTAL WATERS

Abstract:
Three principles, i.e., minimus, integrated and standard rules, are proposed for studies of the strategy of marine phytoplankton sampling and analysis in China’s coastal waters. A number of issues aboutthe selection of temporal and spatial stations, sampling methods, sample analysis, data assimilation and database format, the procedures of sampling and analysis strategies are discussed. The procedure proposed may form a basic outline for marine phytoplankton sampling and analysis strategy, especially for marine ecosystem dynamic researches and monitoring in China’s coastal waters.
