采用显微观察和单藻培养的方法, 对山东荣成沿海水域大量繁生的一种大型绿藻进行了研究。经过形态分类鉴定, 确认其为强壮硬毛藻 Chaetomorpha valida。通过室内单藻培养, 对其孢子体和配子体生长、生殖的温度范围进行了研究。结果表明, 强壮硬毛藻样品生长、生殖的适温范围为 21—29℃。根据此适温范围, 该物种的温度性质应该归划为暖水性。结合国内外已有的相关报道分析, 认为强壮硬毛藻在中国海域有沿海岸向南扩散的可能性。 |

Abstract: |
A marine green alga that formed large biomass at the coast of Rongcheng city, Shandong province was studied. This species was identified as Chaetomorpha valida (Hooker et Harvey) Kützing (Cladophoraceae, Chlorophyta) by morphological features. Based on unialgal culture, we found that the suitable temperature range lied in 21—29℃, thus this alga can be categorized as a warm-water species. This species may have a potential to expand southward along the Chinese coast. |
