采用相关分析、通径分析、决定分析和多元线性回归分析方法, 对不同年龄组梭鱼外部形态性状对体重的影响效果进行了分析研究。结果表明, 体长、体高是影响各年龄组梭鱼体重的共同性状, 在 0、1、3、5 龄组, 体长对体重的作用最大; 在 2、4 龄组, 体高对体重的作用最大。尾柄高是除 3 龄组外影响梭鱼体重的重点性状。头长、尾柄长对体重直接作用相对较小, 主要通过体长、体高、尾柄高对体重发挥间接作用。以体重为依变量(Y), 形态性状为自变量(X1-8), 建立了梭鱼各年龄组最优多元线性回归方程, 可为梭鱼选择育种提供理论依据。 |

MORPHOMETRIC ATTRIBUTES TO BODY WEIGHT FOR THE REDLIP MULLET LIZA HAEMATOCHEILA |

The redlip mullet Liza haematocheila is an important economic species in aquiculture. However, the superior varieties of artificial breeding were not well selected, so fine breed selection was needed. The body weight is a direct indicator to productivity, in this paper, the relationship of morphometric attributes to the body weight of the redlip mullet was studied. 879 original species of L. haematocheila were collected from Bohai Bay. Morphometric attributes of body length (X1), head length (X2), snout length (X3), eye diameter (X4), interorbital width (X5), caudal peduncle length (X6), caudal peduncle depth (X7) and body depth (X8) were measured according to the method of GB18654.3-2008. Redlip mullets were classified by age after the weight and age were detected. Path coefficients, determination coefficients and correlation index were calculated. Morphometric attributes of every age that affect the body weight were determined except the path coefficients of not significant attributes. The results showed that the weight of redlip mullets was affected by the body length and depth. X1 at age of 0, 1, 3, 5 and X8 at age of 2, 4 showed significant effect on body weight; X7 was an important attribute that affect the weight of redlip mullet except the age of 3. X1, X7 and X8 exhibited significant indirect effect on body weight, X2 and X6 illustrated slight direct effect on body weight. The multiple regression equation to get the body weight was established. As dependent variable in weight (Y), morphological traits as independent variables (X1-8), the data of redlip mullet determination in each age group for multiple linear regression analysis, and remove the regression coefficient, which is not significant traits, established the best multiple linear regression equation in each age group. Above conclusions were helpful for the selective breeding of redlip mullet. |
