白斑红点鲑(Salvelinus leucomaenis)形态性状对体重影响效果

摘要:
采用相关分析、通径分析和多元线性回归分析方法, 分析了不同年龄组白斑红点鲑(Salvelinus leucomaenis)形态性状对体重的影响效果。统计分析表明: 1 龄组保留了对体重影响极显著的4 个性状, 其对体重的决定程度由大到小依次为体高>体长>尾柄长>吻长, 4 个性状与体重的相关指数高达0.915, 充分说明保留的性状是影响体重的主要形态性状; 2 龄组保留了体长和体高, 体长高于体高对体重的决定程度, 2 个性状与体重的相关指数最高为0.99; 3 龄组保留了全长、体长、体高和吻长, 对体重的决定程度由大到小依次为体高>全长>体长>吻长, 4 个性状与体重的相关指数高达0.936。同时以体重为依变量(y), 形态性状为自变量(x), 分别建立了3 个年龄组的最优多元回归方程, 并且详细的分析了不同年龄组间的差异, 该研究可为白斑红点鲑的选择育种提供坚实的理论依据。

EFFECTS OF MORPHOMETRIC ATTRIBUTES ON BODY WEIGHT OF SALVELINUS LEUCOMAENI

Abstract:
Correlation analysis, path analysis, and multiple-variable regression were used to study the effect of morphometric traits of S. leucomaenis of different ages on body weight. The results show that four attributes that relating body weight were maintained in the 1-year group, i.e., in a descending order, the body height>body length>caudal peduncle length>snout length. The coefficient of the four-attribute-combination to the body weight was high at 0.915, suggesting that the selected attributes were practical. In the 2-year group, body length and body height were kept, of which body length was more decisive. The coefficient of the two-attribute-combination to the body weight was 0.990. In the 3-year group, four attributes were preserved in decisive power and in a descendent order of body height>total body length>body length>snout length, and the correlation of four-attribute-combination to the body weight was 0.936. In addition, using body weight as independent variables (y), and the morphometric attributes (x) as dependent variables, multiple-variable regression equations were built up, with which difference among these three age groups were studied. The method provides a theoretical basis for S. leucomaenis breeding and may be applied in the culture.
