DETERMINATION OF ADENOSINE TRIPHOSPHATE (ATP) IN THE SURFACE WATER OF THE SOUTH HUANGHAI SEA

Abstract:

In present paper the preliminary results of determination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) have been reported from 23 stations in the surface water of the south Huanghai Sea in November, 1983. The content of ATP was compared in the surface water of nearshore with that of offshore, and the technology and method used were discussed. It is the first time in our country to report the content of ATP in ocean.
