| Abstract: |
| In older to find an optimum result in the practical harmonic analysis, we have made a great deal of test-calculation with the use of PC-1500 computer by taking different numbers of the harmonic components for the sea-water temperature. It turns out that the optimum analysis result was attained when selected numbers of the harmonic components are1/2 observation number N. Hence, when we make the practical harmonic analysis in future, it is desirable that the optimum form of Fourier series expansion be selected as follows...... |
