Abstract: |
In this paper, the chlorinity of seawater was determined by potentiometric titration with AgNO3 solution using a silver sulfide electrode as the indicator electrode and a LaF3 electrode or glass electrode as a reference, with a large potentiometric break occurring in the process. The relative standard deviation in determining chloride content was ±1%. Recovery of chloride was 99.3-102%. |
