Abstract: |
Sanguinolaria violacea Lamarck is a bay-inhabiting bivalve mollusk. It distributes on the coast of the South China Sea. The water temperature is from 9 to 30℃, and the density is from 1.008 to 1.022kg/m3. This clam can usually be iound in the sand or sandy mud bottoms. The sexes are separate.
