| 东中国海、南海沉积物中碳酸钙含量变化的分析与对比,表明其碳酸钙含量变化与典型的太平洋CaCO3,旋回并不一致,而是与大西洋型CaCO3曲线相同。本文称之为西太平洋陆缘海型CaCO3旋回。这种太平洋陆缘海型CaCO3,分布模式对该区域古气候研究及晚更新世以来地层划分具有重要应用价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| CaCO3 contents in sediments cores from the East China Sea and the South China Sea were analysed. Results show that the CaCO3 contents in these area do not coincide with the typical Pacific CaCO3 cycle, but are almost the same as the Atlantic CaCO3 cycle, we call it the Western Pacific continental margin CaCO3 cycle, whichis of great significance to the Pleistocene palaeoclimatology and stratum division of the area. |
