石油和油分散剂对藻类胞内外有机氮的影响

摘要:
本文利用藻类连续培养法,研究胜利原油、渤海原油和油分散剂(Coreit9527)慢性和急性污染对藻类胞内外有机氮的影响。结果表明,在慢性污染实验中,PON与藻生长有关。藻生长得到促进,PON减小,藻生长受到抑制,PON增大;DON减小,DFAA增大,在急性污染实验中,PON的变化与藻种有关,DON增大,DFAA减小。原油中加入油分散剂后原油的影响有所加强,但随藻种、原油和污染方式不同其影响程度也不同。本文还讨论了DON/PON和DFAA/DON的比值变化。

THE EFFECTS OF CRUDE OILS AND DISPERSANT ON CELLULAR AND EXTRACELLULAR ORGANIC NITROGEN IN CONTINUDUS CULTURE
Abstract:
Shengli and Bohai oils and a dispersant Corexit 9527 were used in the chronic and acutecrude oil experiments in continuous culture of algae, Phaeodactylum tricornuium and Dunaliella sp.. The experiment results showed that in chronic pollution experiments. PON was related with the growth of the algae, i.e. growth was stimulated with the decrease of PON, inhibited with the increase of PON. DON decreased and DFAA increased in the experiment. In acute pollution experiments, PLN varied with the species of algae, DON increased and DFAA decreased. The effects of oils in oil-plus-dispersant experiments was strengthened, but the extent of dispersant influence was different with the difference of specis of algae, crude oil and the way of pollution. The variation of the ratio of DON/PON and DFAA/DON were also discussed.
