在实验室温度28℃条件下, 研究了盐度和盐度梯度(5,10,15,20,25,30,40和50)对苏拉威西秀体溞( Diaphanosoma celebensis)的存活和内禀增长力的影响。结果表明, 该海水枝角类的24 h LC50和48h LC50盐度均为36.95, 适宜该溞存活的盐度范围为5~35。在低盐度下, 苏拉威西秀体溞的种群增长能力相对较强, 盐度20时苏拉威西秀体溞种群内禀增长率最高。在盐度5~35之间, 苏拉威西秀体溞的种群增长能力没有显著的差别。 |

Effects of salinity on intrinsic increasing rate of Diaphanosoma celebensis population |

Abstract: |
At 28℃ in the lab, the effects of salinity and gradient of salinity on survival and intrinsic increasing rate of Diaphanosoma celebensis population under 7 gradients of salinity(5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50) were studied. The results showed that the salinities of 24 h LC50 and48 h LC50 were 36.95; and the suitable salinity thresholds of survival were 5 and 35 respectively. The rm of D. celebensis was relatively high at low salinity, and the rm of D. celebensis was the highest at 20. There was no significant difference among intrinsic increasing rates of D. celebensis population at 5~35. |
