| Abstract: |
| Cells suspending in the vascular space confined within dorsal and ventral vessel are designed as hemocytes. Light and scanning electron microscopical studies were carried out in order to characterize the hemocytes of Apostichopus japonicus. Altogether four different types of cells have been recognized and described by their morphological characterization: lymphocytes, ameobocytes, morula cells , crystal cells. |
