摘要:

建立了水产品中四环素(Tetracycline)、土霉素(Oxytetracycline)、金霉素(Chlortetracyline)和强力霉素(Doxycycline)4种四环素类抗生素残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。以MTC缓冲液提取水产品中的四环素类残留物，经HLB固相萃取柱净化，采用LC-MS/MS选择反应监测(SRM)正离子模式测定，可一次对水产品中的四环素、土霉素、金霉素和强力霉素进行定性和定量。4种物质定量下限均可达到2.0 μg/kg。适用于水产品中四环素类抗生素多残留的同时确证检测。

Determination of four tetracyclines residues in aquatic products by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:

A method for determination of residues of TCs in the aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was developed. TCs residues were extracted from the aquatic products using the Mcllvaine buffer solution (pH 4.0)，and then was cleaned up on the Oasis HLB solid phase column.The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring for qualitative and quantitative analyses of CTC, OTC, DOC and TC at the same time. The limits of quantitation (LOQ) were 2.0 μg/kg for TCs . This method was specific,sensitive，and suitable for determination of the residual TCs in the aquatic products.
