| 采用琼脂平板扩散法研究了乳酸恩诺杀星、盐酸恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、盐酸沙拉沙星等11 种抗生素对嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑菌作用, 测定了抑菌圈大小; 采用双倍试管稀释法测得了最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。实验结果表明, 盐酸左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星、盐酸沙拉沙星对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)的抑菌效果最好, 其MIC 分别为0.012, 0.024, 0.024 mg/L。乳酸恩诺沙星,盐酸恩诺沙星, 氧氟沙星对嗜水气单胞菌的杀菌活性最强, 其MBC 为1.563 μg/mL。 |

| Bacteriostatic action of 11 fluoroquinolones to bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila |

| In this experiment, agar diffusion method was used to study antibacterial effect of 11 fluoroquinolones(FQs)on Aeromonas hydrophila. The inhibition zone was measured, and the double tube dilution method was used to study minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). The results showed that Levofloxacin hydrochloride, Ofloxacin, and Sarafloxacin hydrochloride had better antibacterial effect on A. hydrophila, and the MIC of the three medicines were 0.012, 0.024, 0.024mg/L, respectively. The Enrofloxacin lactate, Enrofloxacin hydrochloride, and Ofloxacin had the same MBC value of 1.563 mg/L. |
