| 2004～2009 年每年1～2 次对渤海湾近岸海域选定站位进行采样, 分析了其浮游动物的种类组成及种类多样性。结果表明, 渤海湾近岸海域共鉴定出浮游动物9 大类48 种, 主要种类为近岸低盐种, 优势种主要为强壮箭虫(Sagitta crassa)、中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)、大同拟长腹剑水蚤(Oithona similes)、小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)和双刺纺锤水蚤(Acartia bifilosa)。通过不同年份渤海湾近岸海域浮游动物物种丰度、多样性指数、均匀度指数、优势度的对比, 发现渤海湾海域生物环境质量在2007 年前呈下降趋势, 2007 年后呈回升趋势。渤海湾近岸海域南部断面的浮游动物多样性指数呈减小趋势, 北部断面的浮游动物多样性呈增大趋势。 |

| Species diversity of zooplankton in the coastal area of Bohai Bay |

| In this paper, the zooplankton species composition and species diversity were analyzed based on the data acquisitioned through the survey of samples harvested from Bohai Bay during 2004 to 2009. The results showed that total nine classes, including 48 zooplankton species were identified during the survey, and most of them were offshore lower-salinity group. The main dominant species were Sagitta crassa, Calanus sinicus, Oithona similes, Paracalanus parvus and Acartia bifilosa. Through comparation of the Zooplank species abundance, species diversity, evenness index and dominance index in different years, we found that habitat quality was declining before 2007 and it became better since 2007. The zooplankton species diversity in southern sea area of Bohai Bay was decreasing while that in northern sea area of Bohai Bay was increasing. |
