夏季昌邑海域东、西调查断面大型底栖动物群落结构差异及其影响因素

摘要:
本文以2023年7月莱州湾昌邑海域东、西两个调查断面大型底栖动物和环境资料为基础, 对东、西调查断面大型底栖动物的物种组成、优势种、丰度、生物量和多样性进行了比较和研究, 并与历史资料进行对比, 分析了大型底栖动物群落结构特征及其环境影响因素。本研究共鉴定大型底栖动物55种, 其中多毛类动物24种, 软体动物14种, 甲壳动物12种, 棘皮动物4种, 其他类群动物1种。优势种为彩虹蛤(Iridona iridescens)和刚鳃虫(Chaetozone setosa)等。生物量、 Margalef 丰富度指数和 Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数在西侧调查断面均显著高于东侧断面。聚类分析和 NMDS 排序将东、 西两个调查断面划分为2个群组,PERMANOVA 分析显示2个群组大型底栖动物群落结构存在显著差异, SIMPER 分析表明造成这种差异的主要贡献种为中华半突虫(Phyllodoce chinensis)和彩虹蛤等。Mantel 分析显示影响软体动物的环境变量最多;CCA 分析表明沉积物中值粒径、铁和总氮及水体亚硝酸盐、温度和 pH 能够显著影响大型底栖动物群落。通过与历史资料对比发现, 莱州湾昌邑海域大型底栖动物物种数要明显少于莱州湾整体或其他局部海域。

Macrobenthic community structure and its influencing factors in two sea sections near Changyi in the summer

Abstract:
Based on the macrobenthos and environmental data collected in July 2023 in two sea sections near Changyi in Laizhou Bay, the species composition, dominant species, abundance, biomass, and diversity were studied and compared with the historical data. Additionally, the macrobenthic community structure and its influencing factors were also analyzed. A total of 55 macrobenthic species were collected, including 24 of Polychaeta, 14 of Mollusca, 12 of Crustacea, four of Echinodermata, and one each of other groups. The dominant species were Iridona iridescens, Chaetozone setosa, etc. The biomass, Margalef richness index, and Shannon-Wiener diversity index were significantly higher in the western survey section than in the eastern section. Sampling sites in the two sections were roughly classified into two community groups according to the cluster analysis and NMDS ordination. PERMANOVA indicated the species composition between the two groups to vary markedly. The species contributing the most to the difference were Phyllodoce chinensis, Iridona iridescens, etc, as revealed by the SIMPER analysis. Mantel analysis showed that Mollusca was influenced by most environmental variables, and CCA indicated that median particle size; Fe and total nitrogen in the sediment; and nitrite, temperature, and pH in the bottom water can remarkably affect the macrobenthic community. Compared with historical data, the species number in the Changyi sea area was less than that in the whole sea or other regions in Laizhou Bay.
