不同月龄青蛤形态性状对活体重的影响分析

摘要:
随机选取5月、10月、15月龄的青蛤(Cyclina sinensis)混合家系各220枚作为研究对象,通过测定其壳长(SL)、壳高(SH)、壳宽(SW)和活体重(W),并采用相关性、通径和决定系数的统计分析来探讨青蛤形态性状对活体重的影响效力。结果表明:各性状与活体重间的相关性均达极显著水平(P<0.01),其中5月、10月和15月龄相关系数最大的均为壳高;通径分析结果显示,对不同月龄的活体重的直接影响最大的均是壳高,其次壳宽,最后壳长; 5月和15月龄的壳高和壳宽共同决定系数最大,分别为0.269和0.262,10月龄的则壳高决定系数最大为0.338。利用逐步回归的方法分别建立5月、10月、15月龄青蛤活体重的最优回归方程分别是:W5=-0.564+0.061SH+0.051SW,R2=0.933;W10=-2.585+0.040SL+0.149SH+0.101SW,R2=0.934;W15=-7.359+0.123SL+0.210SH+0.273SW,R2=0.957。本研究结果可为青蛤高产新品系阶段选优和良种选育提供基础数据。

Analysis of effects of morphogical traits on body weight of Cyclina sinensis in different ages

Abstract:
To study the relationship between morphological characters and body weight of Cyclina sinensis for the same mixed family, 220 individuals in each group of 5-, 10-, and 15-monthage were randomly selected to measure the shell length (SL)、shell height (SH)、shell width (SW) and body weight (W). The correlation、path analysis and determinant coefficients analysis were used to explore the effect of phenotypic characters on qualitative traits. The results showed that the correlations among the qualitative characters and body weight reached extremely significant levels (P<0.01). The shell height showed the highest correlation coefficient with the body weight at three different ages. The result of the path coefficient analysis showed that the highest path coefficient was shell height at three different ages, followed by the shell width and shell length. The result of the determinant coefficients showed that total coefficient of determinants of shell height and shell width were highest at 5- and 15-monthage (0.269 and 0.262),while coefficient of determination of shell height was highest at 10-monthage (0.338). The multiple regression equations about the quantitative character and body weight (W) of C.sinensisat were established for three different ages as: W5=-0.564+0.061SH+0.051SW, R2=0.933; W10=-2.585+0.040SL+0.149SH+0.101SW, R2=0.934; W15=-7.359+0.123SL+0.210SH+0.273SW, R2=0.957. This paper provides theoretical basis for selecting the best new strain and selection or breeding of good seeds of C.sinensis.
