海洋生物活性肽的功能活性、制备技术与作用机制的研究进展

摘要:
海洋生物活性肽是一种结构介于氨基酸和蛋白质,分子质量小于10KDa的分子聚合物。海洋生物活性多肽主要来源于海洋生物体内或从海洋生物蛋白质中提取得到。许多海洋生物活性肽具有降血压、抗炎、抗氧化、抗血小板、促进钙吸收、降血脂等多种生物活性,在功能食品及医药领域有着广阔的发展前景。本文主要综述了海洋生物活性肽的制备方法,功能活性及其作用机制,最后,结合近几年的研究进展,阐述海洋生物活性肽的应用前景与发展方向,为海洋生物活性肽的进一步开发和利用提供参考。

Abstract:
The marine bioactive peptide is a type of molecular polymer having a structure between amino acids and proteins, which molecular weight less than 10kDa. Marine bioactive peptides are mainly derived from marine organisms or extracted from marine proteins. Studies show that some marine biological peptides have various biological activities such as anti-hypertensive, anti-diabetic, anti-fibrosis, and anti-oxidation, in addition to promoting calcium absorption, reducing blood lipids, lowering uric acid, etc. They have broad development prospects in the field of functional food and medicine. The article expounded the methods for the preparation, functional activity, and mechanism of action of marine biotic active peptide. Lastly, according to the research progress in recent years, application prospects and development directions of marine bioactive peptides are elaborated, which provides a reference for the further development and utilization of marine bioactive peptides.
