钒氧多糖的制备及其对小鼠的降血糖作用

摘要:
采用红外光谱法对海藻多糖作为糖基配体与VO2+络合后形成的钒氧多糖络合物的结构进行了鉴定, 并利用原子发射光谱测定了钒在络合物中的质量分数(0.11%), 同时分析了钒氧多糖络合物对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖糖尿病小鼠的体质量、血糖水平以及糖耐量的影响。结果表明, 钒氧多糖络合物对小鼠无急性毒性, 小鼠对钒氧多糖的最大耐受量为2.4 g/kg, 在糖尿病小鼠降血糖实验中高剂量组(0.5 g/kg)对空腹血糖和糖尿病小鼠糖耐受量有显著降糖作用。

Preparation of vanadyl-polysaccharide and its hypoglycemic effect in mice

Abstract:
This experiment mainly was to study hypoglycemic activity of vanadyl polysaccharide complexes formed between seaweed polysaccharide and VO2+. Vanadyl polysaccharide complexes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The mass fraction of vanadium in the complexes was determined by atomic emission spectroscopy to be 0.11%. Further, we studied the effects of vanadyl polysaccharide complexes on the body weight, blood glucose levels and glucose tolerance of alloxan-induced hyperglycemia and diabetic mice. Vanadyl polysaccharide had no acute toxicity in mice, and the maximum tolerated dosage of vanadyl Carrageenin was 2.4 g/kg. The high dose group (0.5 g/kg) had a significant hypoglycemic effect on the fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance of diabetes mice.
