苯并异噻唑啉酮类衍生物的制备与生物活性测试

摘要:
以1,2-苯并异噻唑-2(3H)-酮为原料合成了3-羰基苯并异噻唑-2(3H)-苯甲酸甲酯衍生物, 目标化合物的结构经元素分析、1H NMR 和质谱确证。化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶藻弧菌、嗜水气单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌5 种海洋菌的抑菌活性结果表明, 化合物对上述菌种均有不同程度的抑制作用, 其中对大肠杆菌活性最高, 化合物浓度仅为10-6 mol/L 时, 相对抑菌率均达到90%以上。

Synthesis and bioactivity of 3-carbonyl-benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-methyl Benzoates Derivatives
Abstract:
Novel antifoulants were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by means of MS, elemental analysis, and 1H NMR. The antimicrobial activity of the compounds on five bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphyloccus aurueus, Vibrio alginolyticus, Aeromonas hydrophila, and Bacillus subtilis were tested. These compounds showed good antimicrobial activity, especially to Escherichia coli. When the compounds concentration were reached 10-6 g/L the viable cell were reduced by more than 90%. The novel synthesized compounds might be potential microbial inhibitors.
