金属离子对中肋骨条藻的胁迫效应及叶绿素a 合成的影响

摘要:
研究中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)生长对不同质量浓度的5 种金属离子胁迫的响应, 探讨5种金属离子对中肋骨条藻叶绿素a 合成的影响。结果显示: 生长方面, 中肋骨条藻对Cd2+和Ba2+的响应较明显, 培养至第10 天, Cd2+质量浓度为1、10 mg/L 组生长量仅有对照组的59%及43.6%; Ba2+质量浓度为2 mg/L 组到第10 天是对照组的69.4%, 而0.5 mg/L 组超过对照组38.9%; 中肋骨条藻对其他金属离子的胁迫响应不明显; 叶绿素合成方面, Cd2+质量浓度为1 mg/L 时, 叶绿素a 合成量达最高, 高于对照组157%; 而Ba2+质量浓度为0.5、1 mg/L 时, 超出对照组的116%和483%; 其他金属离子对中肋骨条藻叶绿素a 合成均起抑制作用, 各个质量浓度组均低于对照组, 其中Pb2+质量浓度为0.3 mg/L、Mn2+质量浓度为1 mg/L 及Li+质量浓度为0.1 mg/L 时, 叶绿素a 含量达最低值, 仅为对照组的34.1%、37.5%和17.6%; 结论是质量浓度为0.5 mg/L 的Ba2+可促进中肋骨条藻的生长及叶绿素的合成, 对其产业化规模培养具有重要意义。

The stress effects of metal ions on Skeletonema costatum and the influences on chlorophyll a synthesis
Abstract:
The responses of Skeletonema costatum to different concentrations of 5 metal ions stress and their influences on chlorophyll a synthesis in S. costatum were investigated. The results showed that S. costatum had significant responses to Cd2+ and Ba2+. After 10-day culture, the growth of the 1 mg/L and 10 mg/L Cd2+ groups was only 59% and 43.6% of the control group respectively. The S. costatum quantity in 2 mg/L Ba2+ group was 69.4% of the control group. In contrast, the quantity of the 0.5 mg/L Ba2+ group was 38.9% more than the control group. The stress effects of other metal ions were not significant. In terms of chlorophyll a synthesis, when the Cd2+ concentration was 1 mg/L, the chlorophyll a quantity was the highest, which was 157% higher than the control group. With, the chlorophyll a quantities in 0.5 mg/L and 1 mg/L Ba2+ groups were 116% and 483% higher than the control group. The other metal ions all inhibited chlorophyll a synthesis and the chlorophyll a quantities in all the other groups were lower than the control group. The chlorophyll a quantities of 0.3 mg/L Pb2+, 1 mg/L Mn2+ and 0.1 mg/L Li+ groups were very low and were only 34.1%、37.5% and 17.6% of control group. In summary, 0.5 mg/L Ba2+ can promote the growth of S. costatum and its chlorophyll a synthesis and this is very important to the large scale culture of S. costatum.
