以非夏眠期刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)为对照组, 在刺参夏眠不同程度选取3 个时间点, 将其分为夏眠初期、深度夏眠期、夏眠解除期3 个阶段, 采集前肠组织为研究材料, 制作石蜡切片, 统计不同时期刺参前肠壁厚度、前肠黏膜上皮、黏膜下层、肌肉层和外膜的厚度及直径。结果显示, 与对照组相比, 夏眠不同时期黏膜下层厚度均无差异(P>0.05), 夏眠初期黏膜上皮和外膜显著薄于对照组(P<0.05), 深度夏眠期黏膜上皮和肌肉层显著薄于对照组(P<0.01), 刺参前肠直径在深度夏眠期显著变小(P<0.01)。计算前肠各组织层占肠壁厚度的比例发现: 夏眠初期黏膜上皮和外膜厚度占肠壁总厚度的比例要显著小于非夏眠期(P<0.05), 黏膜下层的比例则显著变大(P<0.01), 肌肉层所占比例在深度夏眠期显著小于其他几个时期(P<0.05)。 |

The division of different stages of aestivation and quantitative analysis of tissue layers thickness of anterior intestine in sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus |

Non-aestivation stage sea cucumber as control group, three time points were selected according to aestivating degree in sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus): initial stage of aestivation, deep aestivation, and the arousal stage of aestivation. The diameter, thickness and different tissue layers thickness of anterior intestine at these three points were measured. As for the submucosa thickness, there was no significant difference between control group and any stage (P>0.05). As for mucous epithelium and the adventitia, the thickness of the initial stage of aestivation was significantly smaller than those of control group (P<0.05). At the deep aestivation stage, the thickness of mucous epithelium and muscular layer was significantly smaller than that of control group (P<0.01). The anterior intestine diameter at the deep aestivation stage was significantly smaller than that of control group (P<0.01). Calculating the proportion of each layer of the anterior intestine wall thickness, we found that the proportion of mucous epithelium and adventitia was significantly smaller at the initial stage than that of control group (P<0.05). However, the proportion of submucosa was significantly bigger at the initial stage than that of control group (P<0.01). The proportion of muscular layer was significantly smaller at the deep aestivation stage than any other stages (P<0.05). |
