海洋生物技术研究与开发的新进程——“中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物技术发展中心”成立

摘要:
海洋生物技术是以海洋生命科学为基础,将海洋生物的组织、细胞和生命大分子(特别是DNA和蛋白质等)的研究与工程学原理相结合而产生的综合性学科。海洋生物技术是新兴的高新技术,它的发展将推动传统产业的技术改造、促进高新技术产业的形成、提高海洋生物资源的开发水平。在发展海洋水产养殖业、开发海洋生物代谢产物及保护海洋环境等方面具有重要意义。

Abstract:
On March 26, 1993, “Marine Biotechnology Development Center, Institute of Oceanology, Academia Sinica (MBDJC) was set up in Qingdao, Shandong Province of China. Professor Qin Yunshan attended the meeting and gave an important speech. After the meeting, a seminar was held, and eleven scientists and scholors of Institute of Oceanology read out their research reports. These reports are: Biotechnology on seaweed germplasm and seedstocks — present situation and its future (Fei Xiugeng); Study on the application of fish growth hormone and its gene in aquicalture (Zhang Peijun); Study on reproductive and genetic manipulation techniques in shremps and scallops (Liu Xudong); Studies on induction of triploids by thermal shock and pressure shock in chlornys farreri (Lin Guoming); Clone culture of undaria pinnatifida and its application in artificial cultivation (Pang Shaojun); Molecular cloning and sequencing of phycohiliprotein genes from cyanophytes (Qin Song); Extraction and use of CO2 suptrcritical fluid of Biophysical substances from Marine organism (Yu Fucai); Present studies on the immunological polysaccharicles in marine animals and plants (Wang Lei); and Study on the application of plant cell biotechnology in algae (Sun Qing) etc.
