微生物菌剂在盐碱土壤修复中的应用进展

摘要:
盐碱地面积的持续扩大对农业生产和粮食安全构成了严峻挑战, 滨海盐碱地作为中国盐碱地的重要组成部分, 在沿海经济发达、耕地资源紧张的背景下, 显得尤为宝贵。盐碱土壤中较高的盐分含量不仅会破坏土壤的理化性质和生物特性, 还会对农作物的种植产生不利影响, 进而降低土壤肥力和作物生长潜力。目前, 针对盐碱土壤的修复, 普遍采用多种改良技术相结合的策略。以微生物修复为基础, 辅以微生物菌剂以及土壤改良剂的综合修复方案, 已成为效果最为显著、应用范围最广且更加环保的盐碱地修复手段。本文梳理了微生物菌剂与生物炭、有机肥、脱硫石膏、腐殖酸、海藻提取物以及微纳米气泡等土壤改良剂的配施研究, 这些研究成果对于推动盐碱地尤其是滨海盐碱地的改良和农业可持续发展具有极其重要的意义。

Study on the role of microbial agents in saline soil remediation

Abstract:
The continuous expansion of saline soils poses a serious challenge to agricultural production and food security. As an important part of China’s saline soils, coastal saline-alkali land are particularly valuable in a developed coastal economy and tight arable land resource context. The higher salt content in saline soils not only destroys the physicochemical properties and biological characteristics of the soil but also adversely affects crop cultivation, which in turn reduces soil fertility and crop growth potential. At present, saline soil rehabilitation generally adopts the strategy of combining various improvement technologies. The comprehensive restoration program based on microbial restoration, supplemented by microbial agents and soil conditioners, has become the most effective, widely used, and more environmentally friendly means of saline soil restoration. Therefore, this study reviewed the research on the application of microbial agents with soil conditioners, such as biochar, organic fertilizers, desulfurization gypsum, humic acid, algae extract, and micro/nanobubbles, which are crucial for the improvement of saline-alkaline land, especially coastal saline-alkaline land, and the sustainable development of agriculture.
